01 Who we are
MNO Consulting Inc. is a software development company based in Montréal, Québec. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
02 What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, your company name if you provide it, the type of request and your message.
If you book a call, the booking tool collects your name, your email address and your answers to the booking questions.
This site uses no tracking cookies, no audience analytics and no advertising pixels. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.
03 Why
To answer your request, set up a call and, if you wish, continue the conversation about your project. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
04 Service providers involved
The site is hosted by Vercel. Messages from the form reach us by email, in a Microsoft Outlook mailbox; they may go through the Resend delivery service, and the form may be protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which then only loads once you start filling it in. Calls are booked with Calendly.
These providers may store or process information outside Québec, including in the United States. We only share what is needed for the service they provide, and we use providers that commit by contract to protecting the information they process on our behalf.
05 Retention
We keep your messages and the information related to your bookings for no more than 24 months after our last exchange, then we destroy them, unless we are working together or the law requires us to keep them longer.
06 Your rights
You may at any time ask to access the information we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or request its deletion. Write to the person in charge listed below; we reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
